RESOLUTION NO. 2007-145
REPEALING VARIOUS POLICIES
WHEREAS, staff has begun the process to review Council policies; and
WHEREAS, staff has identified the policies regarding financial guarantees in
development contracts and metering of sewer discharge based on average winter water
usage where language should be incorporated into the City Code;
WHEREAS, the Council has adopted Ordinance No. 2007-07 which has incorporated
language from those policies into the City Code,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the above
policies are hereby repealed.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on March 27, 2007.
