RESOLUTION 2007-144
APPROVE ON -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
ELM CREEK GOLF COURSE, 19000 HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for the renewal of an On -Sale 3.2 Liquor
License from Elm Creek Golf Course, 19000 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required paperwork; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale 3.2 Liquor License is hereby approved for Elm Creek Golf Course, 19000 Highway 55.
The On -Sale 3.2 Liquor License is issued for a period through January 31, 2007.
Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2007.
