RESOLUTION NO. 2007-137
APPROVING JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND CITY OF MINNETONKA
BLACK OAKS LANE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 6102
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the City of Minnetonka are jointly reconstructing Black Oaks
Lane west of Gleason Lake Drive, a border street between the two cities; and
WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement has been prepared which equally distributes all relevant project
costs including engineering, testing and constriction between the two cities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Plymouth and
the City of Minnetonka for the Black Oaks Lane Reconstruction Project, City Project No. 6102, be
approved.
Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2007.
