RESOLUTION NO. 2007-136
REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
PART OF HARBOR LANE/FERNBROOK LANE,
PART OF 6TH AVENUE AND HOLLY LANE
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter
described as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the roads described as follows, to -wit:
MSAS 164-001 to 007: Harbor/Fernbrook Lanes — CSAH 6 south to Gleason Lake Drive
(1.13 existing miles)
MSAS 172-040: 6t1' Avenue — Pineview Lane east to CSAH 73
(1.00 existing miles)
MSAS 174-020 to 030: Holly Lane — Schmidt Lake Road south to Old Rockford Road
(0.61 existing miles)
be, and hereby are, revoked, as Municipal State Aid streets of said City subject to the approval of
the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith
to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for
consideration.
