RESOLUTION NO. 2007-135
ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
34TH AVENUE/ANNAPOLIS LANE, 36TH AVENUE, REVERE LANE,
LANCASTER LANE AND INDUSTRIAL PARK BLVD
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter
described should be designated as Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota
Law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the roads described as follows, to -wit:
Extension of MSA 167: 34th Avenue/Annapolis Lane — Fernbrook Lane north to CSAH
9 (1.14 existing miles)
Extension of MSA 174: 36th Avenue N. — Plymouth Blvd. east to Vicksburg Lane
(0.21 existing miles)
Extension of MSA 181: Revere Lane — TH 55 north to 10t1' Avenue
(0.35 existing miles)
Extension of MSA 186: Lancaster Lane — 36th Avenue north to CSAH 9
(1.00 existing miles)
MSAS 193: Industrial Park Blvd. — Xenium Lane east to TH 55
(0.34 existing miles)
be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid streets of said City
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for
consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said roads or portions thereof, that the
same be constricted, improved, and maintained as Municipal State Aid streets.
Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2007.
