RESOLUTION NO. 2007-134
APPROVAL OF FERTILIZER & WEED CONTROL FOR 2007 & 2008
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for fertilizer and weed control
for 2007 and 2008; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened
bids on March 15, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the low bid from TruGreen Chemlawn
for 2007-2008 is hereby approved
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fiunding will come from the Park
Maintenance division.
Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2007.
