RESOLUTION NO. 2007-123
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH TOTAL
ENERGY CONCEPTS FOR ENERGY REDUCTION PROJECT
AT PLYMOUTH ICE CENTER
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Total Energy Concepts for an "Energy Cost Reduction
Project' at the City Ice Center which will guarantee cost savings; and
WHEREAS, a pay back analysis has been performed which provides guarantees in compliance with Minnesota
statute 471.345, Subdivision 13; and
WHEREAS, the proposal has been published in compliance with Minnesota Statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the energy cost reduction project for the Ice Center be awarded to Total
Energy Concepts in the amount of $69,575.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that fiinding for the project shall be from energy savings and budgeted
surplus within the Ice Center Fund.
