RESOLUTION NO. 2007-119
APPROVING ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSES FOR SUZANNE'S CUISINE, INC.
DBA SUZANNE'S CUISINE, 14800 34TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for an On -Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor
Licenses from Suzanne's Cuisine, Inc. dba Suzanne's Cuisine, 14800 34"' Avenue North
(Plymouth Creek Center); and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
On -Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor Licenses are hereby approved for Suzanne's Cuisine, Inc.
dba Suzanne's Cuisine, 14800 34"' Avenue North, effective April 1, 2007, through January 31,
2008.
