AMENDING THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY FOR
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
COUNTY ROAD 61/COUNTY ROAD 47
CITY PROJECT NO. 6108
WHEREAS, the City has an agreement for engineering services with Howard R. Green Company for
design and constriction services for the Intersection Improvement Project at County Road 47 and
County Road 61; and
WHEREAS, Howard R. Green Company has requested an increase in the not -to -exceed agreement
amount from $97,363.55 to $106,189.55 due to a change in project scope, requested surveying and
completion of a Signal Justification Report; and
WHEREAS, the contract is based on actual time worked and reimbursable expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Professional Engineering Services agreement between the
City and Howard R. Green Company, for the County Road 47/County Road 61 Intersection
Improvement Project, City Project No. 6108 dated June 14, 2006 be amended by increasing the amount
of the not -to -exceed agreement from $97,363.55 to $106,189.55.
Adopted by the City Council on March 13, 2007.
