HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2007-114CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2007-114 AWARDING THE PROPOSAL FOR UTILITY PAYMENT LOCKBOX SERVICES TO WELLS FARGO BANK WHEREAS, the City requested proposals for utility payment lockbox services for the years 2007 through 2008; and WHEREAS, six proposals were received; and WHEREAS, the lockbox service were evaluated based on net price, services attributes, lockbox processing locations and method of payment processing, and WHEREAS, the proposal from Wells Fargo Bank meets the selection criteria and is lowest costs retail lockbox proposal received. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Wells Fargo Bank shall be awarded the utility billing payment lockbox services for the period April 2007 through March 31, 2009 and that at the end of the initial term the City will request an option to renew for an additional two year period. Adopted by the City Council on March 13, 2007.
