RESOLUTION NO. 2007-112
APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM GENERAL
FUND STREET RECONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, fiinds are required to finance the fiiture street reconstruction projects; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has fiends available to assist with the financing of these
projects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Administrative
Services Director to transfer $1,280,000 from the General Fund to the Street
Reconstruction Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Administrative Services
Director is authorized to transfer $1,280,000 from the General Fund to the Street
Reconstruction Fund. Further be it resolved, that the transfer is to be made effective
December 31, 2006 for the 2006 accounting year.
