AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AMENDMENT #4 TO THE PARK AND RIDE AGREEMENT FOR FOUR
SEASONS MALL
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City hereby adopts this resolution authorizing the
Mayor and City Manager to execute Amendment 44 (see attached) to the park and ride
agreement for Four Season Mall.
Adopted by the City Council on March 13, 2007.
