RESOLUTION NO. 2007-108
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF 2007 MEMBERSHIP
DUES FOR THE BASSETT CREEK WATERSHED
MANAGEMENT COMMISSION (BCWMC)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is party to a joint powers agreement with the BCWMC;
and
WHEREAS, the Watershed commission membership dues were included in the 2007
Budget as approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, financing will come from the Water Resources Fund in the amount of
$166,672.00 for BCWMC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Council authorize payment of
membership dues for the BCWMC totaling $166,672.00.
Adopted by the City Council on March 13, 2007.
