RESOLUTION NO 2007-101
APPOINTMENT OF INSURANCE AGENT OF RECORD
WHEREAS, the City utilizes an insurance agent to review, solicit and recommend insurance for
the City's property/casualty insurance coverage, and
WHEREAS, six proposals were received from insurance agencies proposing to provide services
to the City, and
WHEREAS, RIF Agencies, Inc. was determined to be the best proposal for the City's insurance
needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That RIF Agencies, Inc. is appointed
property/casualty insurance agent of record for the City of Plymouth effective April 1, 2007.
Adopted by the City Council on March 13, 2007.
