RESOLUTION NO. 2007-099
AUTHORIZE STAFF TO FINANCE MINOR BILLINGS
FOR PROJECTS RECEIVED AFTER PROJECT CLOSURE
WHEREAS, the City occasionally receives billings for services performed well after project completion; and
WHEREAS, some of these billings are for projects that have received final funding allocations per Council
resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is inefficient to bring minor billings back to the City Council for additional approvals when
funding sources are clearly defined by previous Council actions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the City Manager is authorized to approve financing of minor billings (those under $3,000) directly related
to projects that have previously received final Council fiinding approval. The fiinding source for each billing
shall be the fiinding source approved by the Council through specific action or Capital Improvement Program
adoption.
