APPROVAL OF APHALT OVERLAY WORK 2007
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for asphalt overlay/repair work
for 2007 for the park department needs.
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened
bids on February 27th
ru, 2007 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from DMJ Corporation
is hereby approved; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the fiunding will come from account 101-1322-
6310, 101-1322-7521
Adopted by the City Council on March 13, 2007.
