APPROVAL OF CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION WORK
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for concrete constriction and
repair work for 2007 for the park department needs and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened
bids on February 26th

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bid from Kamida
Concrete Inc.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the fiinding will come from fiind 101-1322-6310.
