APPROVAL OF PORTABLE TOILET BIDS FOR 2007 & 2008
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for portable toilets for 2007 &
2008
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened
bids on March 16th, 2007 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bids from
Jimmy's Johnny's.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the fiinding will come from the Park Maintenance
division.
Adopted by the City Council on March 13, 2007.
