RESOLUTION NO. 2007-083
APPROVAL OF ACQUISITION AGREEMENT FOR
PARCEL NO. 20 (PIN 22-118-22-33-0014)
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 1013
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been prepared between the City and Cheshire Realty
LLC, owners of Parcel 20 (PIN 22-118-22-33-0014), for the acquisition of a temporary constriction
easement; and
WHEREAS, for fiill compensation for conveyance of said property, the City of Plymouth shall pay
the owners the sum of $2,600 for land and damages; and
WHEREAS, said memorandum agreement has been signed by the owner and it is recommended for
approval to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the memorandum of agreement for Parcel No. 20 (PIN 22-
118-22-33-0014) between the City and Cheshire Realty LLC is approved, and the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
