RESOLUTION NO. 2007-076
DESIGNATE FUNDING FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, public improvement projects have been undertaken by the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the projects have been approved by the City Council, but total project fiinding has not been
designated by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to formally designate total project fiinding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the following projects that are attached as "Exhibit A" are closed and fiinding is designated as follows; and
the transfers should be recorded in the financial records effective December 31, 2006:
Adopted by the City Council on February 13, 2007.
