RESOLUTION NO. 2007-075
APPROVE PAYMENT TO GOVERN
FOR ANNUAL SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, it is necessary to maintain a maintenance contract to provide support, upgrades,
patches, and fixes to the Govern software, and
WHEREAS, the annual maintenance cost to the City of Plymouth is $57,462.43,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE Administrative Services Director is authorized to
pay Govern $57,462.43 for the annual maintenance fee related to the financial and payroll
software.
Adopted by the City Council on February 13, 2007.
