RESOLUTION NO. 2007-069
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERING STREET
LIGHTING WITHIN HAWTHORNE PONDS ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 7119
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Margaret Crowder on behalf of the
property owners requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the
Hawthorne Ponds Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Hawthorne Ponds Addition by
the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City
Council on February 13, 2007, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on March 13,
2007 in the Council chambers and the notices will be mailed and published as
required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on February 13, 2007.
