RESOLUTION NO. 2007-059
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO PARK POLICIES
WHEREAS, fees for usage of park facilities have been referenced in specific facility
policies; and
WHEREAS, the policies are for the Bass Lake Shelter, canoe rack rentals, Hilde
Performance Center, Plymouth Ice Center, Millennium Garden, park facilities, Parkers Lake
Stage, Parkers Lake North Picnic Shelter, Parkers Lake Pavilion Multi -Purpose Room,
Plymouth Creek Center Fieldhouse, and Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, these fees have been made part of Section 1016 of the City Code by adoption
of Ordinance No. 2007-06 on February 13, 2007;
NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
above policies are amended by removing the fees and incorporating them in Ordinance No.
2007-06 adopted on February 13, 2007.
