RESOLUTION NO. 2007-058
CHAPTER 5 (SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS), CHAPTER 7 (PUBLIC
UTILITIES), AND CHAPTER 10 (LICENSES AND PERMITS; PROCEDURES
AND FEES) OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
This Resolution authorizes the summary publication of Ordinance No.
2007- amending the text of Chapter 5 (Subdivision Regulations), Chapter 7 (Public
Utilities) and Chapter 10 (Licenses and Permits; Procedures and Fees) of the Plymouth
City Code, which was adopted on February 13, 2007.
Copies of Ordinance No. 2007-06 are available for inspection at Plymouth City
Hall during regular office hours.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on February 13, 2007.
