RESOLUTION NO. 2007-053
APPROVE PAYMENT TO CAYENTA FOR
ANNUAL SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been using the Cayenta financial and payroll
software since 1997; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to maintain a maintenance contract to provide support,
upgrades, patches, and fixes to this software; and
WHEREAS, the annual maintenance cost to the City of Plymouth is $59,421.81,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Administrative Services Director is authorize to pay Cayenta
$59,421.81 for the annual maintenance fee related to the financial and payroll software.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 2007.
