RESOLUTION NO. 2007-049
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a written agreement with Plymouth/New Hope
Little League Baseball for the redevelopment of Zachary Park; and
WHEREAS, said agreement calls for the contribution of $250,000 to be made by the end
of December 2006; and
WHEREAS, the Little League Association has requested a one year extension,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL that the agreement is hereby amended to allow the remaining $50,000 to be
remitted to the City by December 31, 2007.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 2007.
