APPROVAL OF ACQUISITION AGREEMENT FOR
PARCEL NO. 7 (PIN 21-118-22-14-0008)
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 1013
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been prepared between the City and RSOC Real
Estate Holdings, LLC, owners of Parcel 7 (PIN 21-118-22-14-0008), for the acquisition of
permanent right-of-way, drainage and utility and temporary constriction easements; and
WHEREAS, for fiill compensation for conveyance of said property, the City of Plymouth shall pay
the owners the sum of $82,300 for land and damages; and
WHEREAS, said memorandum agreement has been signed by the owner and it is recommended for
approval to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the memorandum of agreement for Parcel No. 7 (PIN 21-
118-22-14-0008) between the City and RSOC Real Estate Holdings, LLC is approved, and the
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
