RESOLUTION NO. 2007-026
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
JOE SENSOR'S OF PLYMOUTH, INC, D/B/A JOE SENSOR'S SPORTS GRILL AND
BAR, 16605 COUNTY ROAD 24, SUITE 210
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Joe Sensor's of Plymouth, Inc, d/b/a Joe Sensor's Sports Grill and Bar, 16605 County Road 24,
Suite 210; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
On -Sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor Licenses are hereby approved for Joe Sensor's of
Plymouth, Inc, d/b/a Joe Sensor's Sports Grill and Bar, 16605 County Road 24, Suite 210,
effective February 1, 2007, through January 31, 2008.
Approved by the City Council on January 9, 2007.
