APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
VICKSBURG LANE PUMPING STATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 3108
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
This change order provides for items necessary to complete the project. Items
one thri twenty-six are cost items that went over planned quantity, or were not
used. Item thirty-nine provides costs for price increases from work completed
in the spring of 2006 that was scheduled for fall of the prior year. Item forty
provides for costs to install hasps on rooftop air handler units for security and
safety issues.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Vicksburg Lane Pumping Station, City Project No.
3108, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 3 for Magney Constriction
Inc., for Vicksburg Lane Pumping Station, City Project No. 3108, by adding $27,024.86 is
approved:
