RESOLUTION NO. 2007-018
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
TRUNK WATERMAIN EXTENSIONS PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4144
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to contractor for the addition of a vertical hydrant extension,
liquidated damages credit to the City for failure to meet the substantial
completion date as stated in the project specifications and an additional credit
to the City for pipe bedding not fiirnished.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Think Watermain Extensions Project, City Project No.
4144, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for G.F. Jedlicki, Inc.,
City Project No. 4144, by deducting $3,550.00 is approved:
