RESOLUTION NO. 2007-012
AUTHORIZE NO PARKING ON COUNTY ROAD 61 FROM
STATE HIGHWAY 55 TO NORTH CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS, the existing roadway is not constricted to allow adequate space for
parking outside of the travel lanes; and
WHEREAS, any parking along this corridor would create a public nuisance and likely
contribute to motor vehicle accidents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes the installation
of "No Parking" signs on both sides of County Road 61 from State Highway 55 to the
north city limits.
Adopted by the City Council on January 9, 2007.
