RESOLUTION NO. 2008-361
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR AND WINE LICENSE
FOR WARNER CO., INC. D/B/A QDOBA MEXICAN GRILL
4345 NATHAN LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for an On -Sale 3.2 Liquor and Wine License from
Warner Co., Inc. d/b/a Qdoba Mexican Grill, 4345 Nathan Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant and operating manager by the Plymouth Police
Department resulted in no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale 3.2 Liquor and Wine License is hereby approved for Warner Co., Inc., d/b/a Qdoba Mexican
Grill, 4345 Nathan Lane North for a license period of December 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009.
Approved by the City Council on November 25, 2008.
