APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR WESTHEALTH, INC. TO ALLOW A REVISED
SIGNAGE PLAN FOR THEIR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2805 AND 2855 CAMPUS
DRIVE (2008097)
WHEREAS, WestHealth, Inc. has requested approval of a PUD (Planned Unit Development)
amendment to allow a revised signage plan for their site located at 2805 and 2855 Campus Drive,
legally described as Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, West Suburban Health Campus Second Addition,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
WestHealth, Inc. for a PUD amendment to allow a revised signage plan for their site located at
2805 and 2855 Campus Drive, subject to the following conditions:
1. A PUD amendment for a revised signage plan is approved in accordance with the
application and plans received by the City on September 19, 2008, except as may be
amended by this resolution.
2. Prior to installation of any signage, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit from the Building
Division.
