RESOLUTION NO. 2008-338
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE OPERATION NIGHT
CAP GRANT FOR DWI ENFORCEMENT
WHEREAS, The Plymouth Police Department can increase DWI enforcement by
participating in an Operation Night CAP grant contract.
WHEREAS, The Minnesota State Patrol will pay for overtime accrued by Plymouth
Officers to participate in enforcement waves on specific dates.
WHEREAS, the contractual amount will not exceed $7,205.00 for the period of the
contract October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the resolution accepting the grant contract
for Operation Night CAP for DWI enforcement.
Adopted by the City Council on November 10, 2008.
