RESOLUTION NO. 2008-334
LEVYING ASSESSMENT FOR DELINQUENT WEED
ERADICATION FOR PROPERTY ID NO. 25-118-22-14-0005
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, THAT THE following assessment is hereby adopted:
Property ID No. 25-118-22-14-0005 (Linda L. Wagner) for weed eradication in the amount of
$150 plus $26.50 for a total of $176.50.
The Finance Manager is hereby authorized to deliver said assessment roll to the Auditor of
Hennepin County for collection of the assessment in the same manner as other municipal taxes
are collected and payment thereof enforced with interest at the rate of 4.21% per annum.
Adopted by the City Council on October 28, 2008.
