RESOLUTION NO. 2008-327
APPROVING PURCHASE BETWEEN JAMES AND
RUTH CLASEMEN AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, James and Ruth Claseman have agreed to sell to the City of Plymouth 1.15
acres of property for the Northwest Greenway; and
WHEREAS, the purchase price is $75,000; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a platting of property to complete this transaction,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the purchase agreement between James and Ruth Claseman and
the City of Plymouth is hereby approved, and that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to sign said agreement upon successfid completion of a platting of the
Claseman property, with closing on such transaction to take place after successfiil
completion of the platting of the property, and fiirther, that fiinding for this project will be
taken from Park Dedication fiinds, but at some fiiture date may be reimbursed by the
selling of open space bonds.
