RESOLUTION NO. 2008-325
APPROVING NAME OF PARK
WHEREAS, the City recently completed development of a mini park at the southeast
intersection of County Road 47 and Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that this
mini park be named Legacy Greenway Park; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Director concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that this mini park shall henceforth be named Legacy Greenway Park.
Adopted by the City Council on October 28, 2008.
