APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO'S. 1&2
COUNTY ROAD 9/61
EROSION REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4135
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor to fiirnish and install a 24" flared end section with
trash guard and new 5/8" tie bolts; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor to fiirnish and install a big block retaining wall and
reduction to the contract of the segmental retaining wall bid item; and
WHEREAS, Change Order Nos. 1 & 2 for County Road 9/61, Erosion Repair Project, City
Project No. 4 13 5, are recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order Nos. 1 & 2 for G.F. Jedlicki, Inc., for
City Project No. 4135, by increasing the contract amount by $3,417.86 is approved:
ORIGINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT $206,661.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 1,620.35
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 1,797.51
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $210,079.36
Adopted by the City Council on October 14, 2008.
