RESOLUTION 2008-303
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF DUES TO THE
TWINWEST CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 469.187 — 469.189 give authority to expend city fiends to
advertise the resources and advantages of the community and the TwinWest Chamber helps
serve this function for Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Chamber of Commerce offers the City affordable training opportunities and
provides forums for the City to communicate with local businesses.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Plymouth City Council finds that membership in the
TwinWest Chamber of Commerce serves a public purpose and that a dues payment of $541 is
approved for the period October 1, 2008, through September 30, 2009.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 14, 2008.
