RESOLUTION NO. 2008-298
APPROVE THE CHANGE TO THE PLYMOUTH
METROLINK DIAL -A -RIDE FARE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth receives operating and capital assistance through the
Metropolitan Council for transit services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
utilize transit fiinds in the most cost effective manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the City hereby adopt this resolution approving raising the Dial -A -Ride fare
from $2.00 per ride to $3.00 per ride effective January 1, 2009.
Adopted by the City Council on September 23, 2008.
