RESOLUTION NO. 2008-291
AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 93-169 AND
AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING" ON FORESTVIEW LANE,
FROM 36TH AVENUE TO 250 FEET NORTH
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 93-169 entitled "Approving the Placement of No Parking
Signs on Forestview Lane", passed March 29, 1993, shall be amended; and
WHEREAS, "No Parking — 9 p.m. to 5 a.m." from 250' north to the cul-de-sac shall
remain; and
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by adjacent property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the above -entitled resolution be
amended by authorizing the installation of "No Parking" signs on both sides of
Forestview Lane from 36th Avenue to 250 feet north.
Adopted by the City Council on September 23, 2008.
