RESOLUTION NO. 2008-290
APPROVING BMP MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR
JAKE'S CITY GRILLE BUILDING AND PARKING LOT RENOVATION
LOCATED AT 3005 HARBOR LANE
WHEREAS, Jake's City Grille has been given administrative approval for a building renovation
and parking lot expansion for property located at 3005 Harbor Lane; and
WHEREAS, a Best Management Practice (BMP) maintenance agreement is required to be recorded
as a requirement of the project; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as part of Lots I and 3, all of Lot 2, all within Block
1, Fox Meadows First Addition, together with a portion of Section 21-118-22.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth, a maintenance agreement with Jacob Brothers Plymouth, LLC,
owners of Jake's City Grille.
Adopted by the City Council on September 23, 2008.
