RESOLUTION 2008-283
APPROVING A NATURAL PRESERVE FOR MCQUAY FOR LOCATED AT 13600
INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD (2008080)
WHEREAS, Hammel Green and Abrahamson has requested approval of a natural preserve to
allow two areas of the property located at 13600 Industrial Park Boulevard to be planted with
native plants for property legally described as:
Lot 1, Block 2, Minneapolis Industrial Park 2"a Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request Hammel
Green and Abrahamson for a natural preserve, subject to the following conditions:
1. A natural preserve is approved to allow two separate areas of the property located at 13600
Industrial Park Boulevard to be planted and maintained with native plants, in accordance with
the application materials and plans received by the City on August 22, 2008, except as
amended by this resolution.
2. The natural preserve shall continue to exist until such time as the City determines that a
property owner is not meeting the requirements outlined in Section 811 or until the property
owner requests that the designation be removed from the property. If the City determines that
a property owner is not meeting the requirements outlined in Section 811, the natural preserve
designation shall be revoked and the subject area(s) shall be sodded.
3. A 2radin2 permit is required prior to any surface area modifications, planting or
grading on the site.

4. Prior to issuance of a 2radin2 permit, the applicant shall:
a. Complete a City -approved maintenance agreement.
b. Complete a site improvement performance agreement and submit a financial guarantee
pursuant to Section 21045.10 of the Zoning Ordinance.
5. Silt fence shall be installed prior to any grading on the site.
