REJECT BIDS
2008 MINOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 8113
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2008 Minor Drainage
Improvement Project, eight bid was received, opened and tabulated according to law, and
the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, the City Council does not desire to proceed with the project as proposed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City rejects all bids for the 2008
Minor Drainage Improvement Project.
