RESOLUTION 2008-248
APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR M & I BANKS MINNESOTA TO ALLOW
ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE FOR THE M & I BANK BUILDING LOCATED AT 3245
VICKSBURG LANE (2008044)
WHEREAS, M & I Banks Minnesota has requested approval of a PUD (Planned Unit
Development) amendment to allow additional signage for the M & I Bank building located at
3245 Vicksburg Lane North, legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Shops at Plymouth Creek
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by M & I
Banks Minnesota for a PUD amendment to allow wall signage on the north, west, and south walls
of the building located at 3245 Vicksburg Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. A PUD amendment is approved in accordance with the application and plans received by the
City on May 27, 2008, except as may be amended by this resolution.
2. Prior to installation of the signage on the north wall, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit
from the Building Division.
ADOPTED by the City Council on August 26, 2008.
