RESOLUTION NO. 2008-240
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
AND ORDERING PROJECT FOR STREET LIGHTING
SUGAR HILLS 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 12, 2008, a report has been
prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Sugar Hills 3r Addition by
the installation of two ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the
Council on August 12, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by the Sugar
Hills Townhome Association on behalf of all the owners of real property within
the plat named as the location of the improvement. The petitioners have waived
their right to a public hearing.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the City Council resolution
adopted August 12, 2008.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Xcel Energy.
