DENYING AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND DENYING
QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES 2"' ADDITION (2008060)
WHEREAS, the Heritage Woods Estates 2"a Addition Homeowner's Association has requested
amendments to the Declaration of Covenants for Heritage Woods Estates 2"a Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Heritage Woods Estates 2"a Addition Homeowner's Association has requested a
quit claim deed of all rights, title, and interest the City of Plymouth has in easements created by
the Declaration of Covenants over an upon Outlot A, Heritage Woods Estates 2"a Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request for
amendments to the Declaration of Covenants and the request for quit claim deed for Heritage
Woods Estates 2"a Addition.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 22nd day of July, 2008.
