RESOLUTION 2008-232
APPROVING THE DRAFT
SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth initiated an update to its Surface Water Management Plan
2005; and
WHEREAS, the draft Surface Water Management Plan will be used to meet or exceed City goals
and the surface water requirements of regulatory agencies; and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Quality Committee has reviewed and commented on the draft
Surface Water Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and commented on the draft Surface Water
Management Plan at a duly called public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the draft Surface Water
Management Plan.
Adopted by the City Council on July 22, 2008.
