RESOLUTION 2008-231
APPROVING RAIN GARDEN MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH W.W. GRAINGER COMPANY AT 2450 ANNAPOLIS LANE
WHEREAS, W.W.Grainger Company has been given administrative approval to constrict a 7,020
square -foot parking lot expansion at 2450 Annapolis Lane; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as part of Lot 1, Block 1, Minneapolis Industrial Park
Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, as a requirement for the Site Plan Amendment approval for the parking lot expansion,
the owner must submit a signed maintenance agreement for the constriction of a rain garden.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth a rain garden maintenance agreement with W.W.Grainger Company.
Adopted by the City Council on July 22, 2008.
