RESOLUTION NO. 2008-225
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH
RJM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed and recommended the approval of a
document for constriction services for a West Medicine Lake building; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has negotiated said contract for the
constriction of the West Medicine Lake building; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Plymouth has reviewed said standard form
of agreement between the owner and constriction manager and found it to be acceptable,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the constriction management agreement between RIM
Constriction and the City is hereby approved; and
FURTHER that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said contracts on the
City's behalf.
Adopted by the City Council on July 22, 2008.
